Hubby had the combo with taco enchilada n relleno. Huge portion. Very tasty. I tried the enchilada mole. Hint of cocoa. Lots of white chicken inside. Friendly wait staff.

So… I must first admit I was looking for a vegetarian item. I found it! The veflggie burrito was a terrific surprise… fulilled with perfectly seasoned broccoli, green beans, while beans, celery, onion rice… even water chestnuts. Sounds crazy… but this was great
The salsa was spicy and had fresh cilantro. My husband’s Modelo was served rimmed with salt and a lime. I was not thrilled with the chips as they were not warm and my husband’s enchilada was good… ot amazing. Hence the 4. Family owned. Friendly staff.

FABULOUS Mexican food in a hole-​in-​the-​wall location. Unpretentious atmosphere. Great vegetarian option and NOT $$ but just $. We had HUGE vegetarian burrito with green beans, red peppers, tomatoes, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms & onions in addition to the usual means with dollops of sour cream and guacamole. Definite save if we are ever in Delta, CO again in this lifetime. Taco salad with shredded beef at the bottom was delicious. And $ 14 for two meals was a Chinese bargain.

Came here today and was very pleased all around. Small really clean restaurant with very quick and friendly employees, excellent food and decent prices. The came out in a timely manner and did I mention the chips and salsa? They taste like they are made fresh right there. I’m happy to say we will be back and will be recommending this place! Thanks for the happiness Fiesta Vallarta :-)
The food, service and price were fabulous. The green chile sauce and chips and salsa were also wonderful. We had chicken fajitas. So yummy. If I didn’t live so far away I would eat here more often. We were just driving through.
