so lazy and inefficient! woud not hire them again they did a terrible job I had to remind them to clean the bathtub and the sink. they left food on the floor near garbage in kitchen. they did not clean behind sinks or toilets. extremely slow and lazy

I hired Royal Maid Service to clean a small house prior to a move in. They were on-​time and told me the job would take 1−½ hours. I left the house while they were cleaning and returned 1−½ hours later to find the ‘maids’ waiting in the driveway. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and paid them on the spot.
Once inside, I found the only part of the house they appear to have cleaned was the floor and the kitchen counter top. Nothing had been dusted (top of microwave, hanging light fixtures, etc). The kitchen sink had not even been turned on, much less cleaned. The shower looked the same, not even touched.
My wife sent an email to the company explaining what we had found. The response was nothing short of hilarious. According to the girls who cleaned, my wife was at the house the entire time they were cleaning and told them the job was good. Funny because I was the only one at the house that day, and I left for the entire 1−½ hours the crew was there.
I followed with a second email explaining these facts and no received no response whatsoever.
This is the first time I have hired anyone to clean, and it will be the last.
How does this company stay in business?

We hired this cleaning service to complete some minimal tasks on our new home. We made a clear list of our expectations. Despite all the negative reviews (which I will not ignore in the future) we decided to go with this company due to their competitive rate. You definitely get what you pay for! First of all, the crew was over an hour late. Someone from management notified us of this at the scheduled time the crew was suppose to start working. When the ladies were done, we did an inspection of their work. We should have looked a little closer because later that night I noticed the bathrooms were not thoroughly cleaned at all! I gave this review 2 stars because a couple things we asked for were completed. This was definitely a waste of our money! I could have and will need to now do a better job myself! The point of hiring a professional cleaning company is to save time and get a professional level of cleaning. Do not hire this company!

Disgusting maid service. Didn’t clean dishes LEFT FOOD In them. Didn’t move furniture. Got upset when I threatened a dispute.
This is absolutely disgusting. They showed up 30 minutes late I had to call to hear from them. They came 2 darker skinned ladies who all I heard was them gossip about crap that no one wants to hear. Whatever the actual service. They did 1 load of laundry in 2hours, They didn’t move any furniture to vacuum. They CLAIM i didn’t tell them to do the dishes which were in the sink disgusting so they didn’t I also didn’t ask for a vacuum but they knew to do that. They didn’t move a SINGLE PIECE OF FURNITURE THE TWO OF THESE «ladies» didn’t even want to break a sweat it looks like. I hope I can upload images somewhere here. This is by far THE LEAST LIKELY WAY TO GET YOUR HOUSE CLEANED. THEY WERE HERE FOR 2 hours. I don’t think they even did 1 hour of working I think they just talked. That was my mistake for being in my room but I didn’t want to get in the way. This is absolute disgusting the manager said «YOU ARE GOING TO FILE A DISPUTE AGAINST ME? YOU ARE THREATENING ME? ARE YOU THREATENING TO PUT A BAD REVIEW SIR?
This lady is full of it. Do not hire this company under any circumstance.
I should of made a full inspection but I made that mistake. Don’t make the same mistake as me and hire them.
