I had a very good experience here. 2 doctors gave me care. They explained everything that was happening and the X-​rays. They worked on my back and shoulder for almost 4 hours. Very polite staff, easy scheduling. They make you feel very comfortable!!!

For an institution who should know that caring for people the way you would like to be treated, this place has a long way to go! From the minute I walked in with my Mom, I got the worse first impression. The receptionist was so rude and impolite. She was assisting another individual in front of us and with out even looking up, announced that we both had to fill out Medicare forms and when the individual asked why, she responded“look, you just have to do it and get used to it because you do one very time you come in”. No please, no explanation, nothing. I was ready to yank my Mom out of here! She said the doctor was o.k. But what a horrible first impression. I hope this gets read, as a health care professional myself, I would fire that girl in a heart beat! And they pushed their own PT on you without even providing other options. Needless to say, we went elsewhere!
