If your looking for a place to retire and are working with limited funds, this place could work. The 2/2’s have roughly 900 square feet and the 1/1/5’s nearly the same. The real attraction is the clubhouse. Maintenance runs around $ 350 a month depending upon the building. When I first saw the community, I was showed around by an expert from West Atlantic Real Estate, Inc.(561) 865‑8215. They seem to specialize in the community when it comes to real estate sales. The community has a bus service that goes just about everywhere and is free for residents. There are a couple of inexpensive golf courses on site and the courses play really well. There are also some on site café’s. The community is geared for seniors. Hence the comments from the other reviewer. Again, if your on a budget and want to retire and can afford the monthly maintenance, this place might be perfect.

How can I describe this place??? Hmmm… Well I described my co-op as a filing cabinet for the middle class just starting up… then this place is a filing cabinet for seniors and this filing cabinet is in heaven’s waiting room. Sooner or later, god comes by and takes your file to the shredder… Aside for waiting for your ticket to eternity(a.k.a. the 911 call that results in an ambulance to Delray Medical Center’s ER), there are a lot of activities to do. If it’s something that interests a 70 year old… there’s a club for it. The clubhouse is well equipped with a hair salon and home duty services company, which is in addition to card rooms, stage, indoor and outdoor pools, gym, pool room and the most wretched men’s locker room I’ve ever had the displeasure to be in… But what do you expect when the average age of someone that uses it is 80. If you’re looking to kick your parents out of NY and down to Florida, King’s Point is a good place to start. The bubble has pretty much contracted as far as it will and you can get a fully furnished place for cheap!
