I would give the woman who helped me 5 stars but the manager was rude slow and unhelpful.

Nice and convenient location, however, the customer service leaves something to be desired. I went inside to make a simple checking deposit for my wife and ended up waiting in the teller line for 17 minutes. I felt sorry for the one teller they had on duty because she could tell customers were starting to become frustrated. The concierge in the lobby did very little to help ease the tensions. It seems that French really needs to step up its customer service.
