1 Action Locksmith Service of Delray

You will never want to use these people again. I purchased new house and scheduled an appointment to have the locks rekeyed.
I called to question the amount of the bill. I asked for Catherine because that’s who I scheduled the appointment with. A woman answered the phone said hell-​o and I asked for Catherine. She said there wasn’t a Catherine there and hung up.
I called back and said is this 123 Action Lock, she said yes. I said so there is not a Catherine there she said no there’s a Katerina.
So I said that I wanted to talk to somebody about the bill I got. She asked me what the phone number was. I gave it to her and she said she didn’t have any record of it. I said well somebody showed up at 10 o’clock this morning at my house. She said you must be Michael.
What’s the problem? I said I was quoted $ 19 for the service call and then $ 15 to rekey each lock.
She told me that since we canceled the appointment I made for Friday because the closing was not happening and then called to reschedule it for Wednesday, it was considered an emergency call and so the service call was $ 29 and each lock started at $ 25.
I told her somebody should’ve called me and told me. She said that she called my agent and she called me. And I said did you leave a message for me? She said no but my agent who let the technician in signed the invoice. My agent said she didn’t sign anything.
I told her I had a copy of the invoice and there was no signature on it but since I was the homeowner and the credit card holder she should’ve called me to get an authorization. Her response was she could come over and take the locks back out. I said that isn’t a very nice response and she said «I’m just giving you your options.»
I responded that wasn’t very good customer service and she hung up on me.
Never again.

Called them for new door locks. The woman said the serviceman would ring me in five minutes. Sure enough he did. When I spoke to him, he said he was on another job but could come by same day in 25 minutes. He showed up perfectly on time and did the job professionally. Bam, easy!
