False advertising. Shows on door they accept major credit cards. Won’t accept credit cards as payment for electrical parts. If you need parts go somewhere else these guys aren’t worth it. Maybe that’s why he is one of the small ones left. He keeps going the way he’s going he won’t be in business much longer. I won’t be back and definitely don’t recommend them for anything.

I have been a customer since the store was in Merchantville NJ, I have bought a refrigerator, and a washer and dryer in the past. I received a sale letter and went in to purchase a new refrigerator, but the owner informed me that because I live on a 3rd floor condo, he did not want my business and would not have his workers have to go up the stairs even tho there are two landings. I respect the decision but his tone and rudeness will keep me from recommending customers to them and that goes for any service that is needed, he shouldn’t be dealing with people, no customer skills at all I won’t be back
