Cool liquor store with great deals and demos. They even have a cool drink chiller that gets your bottle cold within 5 mins. Would definitely go back anytime that I stay in Salisbury or surrounding areas.

Great selection of liquors and wine, including some higher-end merchandise that is hard to find in the Salisbury area. The people who work at the business are friendly and helpful. They saw from my ID that it was my 21st birthday when I was purchasing a bottle of Patron, and wished me a happy birthday, which I thought was very nice. The key benefit of this place is that it is not 200 yards beyond the reach of the barbarous government pirates of the Wicomico County Liquor Control Board, who force you to buy liquor in their county stores at jacked up prices. Also, being in Delaware, you avoid the 9% alcohol tax that Maryland imposes. So if you’re in the Salisbury area and looking for liquor or good wine, go a little out of your way to save money and support private enterprise.

Borderline… it’s more than just one of Madonna’s earliest hits*. It describes the state line between Delaware and Maryland, on the Delaware side of which you can get discounted booze! I don’t know if it’s a tax thing or what, but most of the liquor stores promote themselves as cheaper than those in Maryland. After striking out on really good beer at Liquid Assets in Seaford(still a nice place, just a different focus on beer) I stopped by here before crossing over into MD. In terms of cases and six packs, they were not that varied but they did have good bottles of Three Philosophers, Duvel, Chimay and a few others. The people were nice and I was called«sir» twice. Clean, efficient, friendly, that’s A-OK in my book. Located behind Wawa right off of 13, this is a good place to stop. ___________________________________ * you just keep on pushing my beer, over the borderline

This is going to sound like an advertisement, but this has to be the best and cheapest liquor store I have ever been to. A huge selection of beer, wines and liquors, and the staff was great. There was a guy stocking the shelves that heard me say something about scotch and said dude not for nothing but this sampler of scotch here is a really good deal. I bought it not knowing much about scotch and my scotch loving friends were like you paid what for that?! $ 25 for 3200 ml bottles of scotch that sells for $ 60 — $ 100 for a 750ml bottle. Makes the package worth at least $ 70 and I picked up another one for a gift on the way home. They had a really good selection of beer too with kegs etc. Store was really nice too. Thanks to the guy that recommended the scotch if you see this, and also the 375 ml bottle of patron silver for $ 20. Definitely a must stop if you are on route 13 right across the MD border.
