Bruce is great, but we will never use his services again because of his secretary, Andrea.
She barely knows how to operate a computer. Forgets important information. Barely ever checks her email, even when she should be getting emails that are time sensitive. Also, she doesn’t listen.
On the day of our closing, three hours before to be exact, she calls us to say she didn’t fully read a very important email & therefore gave us the wrong name to write our certified check out to. Of course, we had already got the check and had to explain to the teller our very inconvenient situation.
She has yelled at us, treated us like children, lied to us, and accused us of lying to her.
We cannot recommend Bruce as a lawyer, as long as that woman is at his front desk.
