I love stand up paddle boarding so I bought the living social deal for half off of lessons and rental. I called in the beginning of September to make reservations and left a VM. Later that day I got a text message, from who I assume is the owner(they did not say in the text) that they had no openings for the rest of the season. I find it kind of ridiculous that in 4 weeks, you don’t have any openings. I also find it ridiculous that you can’t even bother to call me back, you text me. I then asked if I could get my coupon extended so I could use next year or refunded since they had no openings, and the owner proceeded to treat me like crap. I requested that she call me so that we could come to some solution and she proceeded to speak very rudely to me and talked down to me stating that I should have called sooner, and that it is my fault so she will not issue a refund. She was basically yelling at me at this point and being very argumentative. I would just like to point out that the website does not say anything about needing to call more than a month in advance to make reservations. After my interaction with the owner I will never be visiting this business nor would I ever recommend to anyone else to use this business. The owner was rude, argumentative and did not care about making the customer happy at all.
