I’ve always had fast service, even with longs lines and the restaurant has always been clean. No complaints here.

Omg this place sucks! They need to hire faster workers. They’re so slow!!! I hate coming here but it’s the only one near me.

Good food plain and simple. I love to go here because it’s one of the only places that give you a low carb option fast. It is pricey for fast food. I get one scoop of brown rice and just get extra veggies which isn’t extra. It does cost $ 2 for a scoop of guacamole.

My wife and I decided to pick up Chipotle for dinner last night. First of all it wasn’t flavored well and second the portion size was a joke. But that’s not even the worst part… both of us where up all night sick because we got food poisoning. Worst experience ever and looks like a terribly managed and own location. They should shut it down! Next contact will be the local health department!

Had to ask for double everything and still the smallest servings I ever got. Girl wanted me to pay half way through building my meal and then she ran to a table for break. Won’t ever come back.

About to order and Chelsea informed me they were out of lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, chips and a fifth item. I proceeded to express my disappointment and was told«there are other places to eat in Delaware.»

This Chipotle has outstanding staff! There is almost always a line but it seems to always move unless they bog down with call in orders. But otherwise they will do their best to get you through the line. Always big portions. Visit between 6 to 8 pm seems to be busiest times.

I work 4.6 miles from this Chipotle, and 4.7 miles from the one in Lewis Center.(I figured it was about equidistant, but I just checked to be sure.) I’ve gone to this one the last couple times because the traffic is lighter. Today I did an online order for six people. This was for a «lunch and learn» with my team. Cashier was friendly enough, and the food was ready at the promised time. I drove back to work and laid out the food, and guess what – only five meals. The only good part was MY meal was missing and my team was able to eat. Honest mistake. So, in front of my team, I called… on speakerphone for all to hear. Ironically, I was conducting a meeting regarding customer service. Let’s test Chipotle’s! The manager was too busy to talk but relayed I could get the meal replaced at any time. That’s reasonable, but not awesomeness. I’m not trying to get more than I’m owed, but look — I’m now miles away, stuck in a meeting, and without lunch — while having to deliver a PowerPoint deck. I think at minimum, the cost for the missing meal should have been refunded to my credit card, or if that’s too much hassle — a compensation for the missing food, plus something extra(one more meal?) for the trouble. I won’t bother to darken their doorway again to get my replacement meal, and will go south next time the mood strikes us for Chipotle. And if you’re doing a group order, check before leaving!

This Chipotle is always so slow… lines all the way around. We waited 45 minutes and then they didn’t even have tortillas… wth! They also had no chicken cooked. Slowest and worst Chipotle in the area!!!

If this were your first Chipotle experience, it would probably be your last. My favorite employee quote stemmed from the two pieces of green pepper I received when I asked for veggies. «I guess it’s popular, so I guess that’s why we ran out.» Don’t waste your time at this location.

HORRIBLE Chipotle location. Save yourself the frustration and visit Lewis Center. The rice and chicken had no flavor, as if the seasoning was completely forgotten. Staff are more focused on goofing off and socializing than prepping food or taking orders, steak is always fatty/chewy as if this restaurant was using a completely different type of steak. Visiting this location is like visiting another restaurant entirely. It says«Chipotle» on the sign but the experience is nothing like the consistent experience I have had at every other Chipotle I have visited, regardless of location.

Portion size definitely on the small size from the other Chipotles I’ve eaten at across the country. Friendly staff. Food was average compared to other locations.

Worst chipotle I have ever been to. They didn’t put in any rice. They skimped hard on the cheese. And I could get more meat on a 99cent taco at Taco Bell then I can here. And the wait staff was a bunch of teenagers with attitude. Fuck them.

Not impressed with this particular chipotle location. I know it’s busy but it’s like a zoo in there and the burrito building is sloppy. I would rather stop on sawmill or Polaris to get my chipotle fix. They just don’t have it together here. Maybe in time because I do love chipotle.

I love this place! I was surprised to see such a small rating. I go here quite often. Great food and very energetic workers.

This location just sucks. If it’s not one thing it’s another. Today it was no rice of any kind, the cooker was broken. They also couldn’t take a large bill and make change, literally daring me to walk away. Other times it’s been a 10 minute wait for chicken, broken soda machine, out of chips… it’s always something. I’ve given up on this location before and drive further to avoid it, I guess today I just learned my lesson all over again.

Having not visited a Chipotle since my college days, I dropped in here a bit ago with a coupon and gave a carnitas burrito a try. As with all Chipotles I’ve been to, the food isn’t something I’m going to be dreaming about, but it does taste pretty good. A «make your own» style restaurant, customers pick whether they want a burrito, taco, bowl(no carbs), and I think a salad, select a type of meat, and then request various toppings and salsas. I recommend the mild corn which, though not spicy in the least, has a nice sweet flavor and chewy texture. The meat was decently seasoned and juicy, and the vegetables tasted fresh. I also enjoyed the chips, which are tongue-tingling-ly salty with a hint of what I think is lime. Prices are… well, they seem high for fast food, but the chain advertises it uses local ingredients and such and prepares them fresh, something that is never cheap. And you certainly do get a lot of food for your money. I definitely was no longer starving when I left, even though I took most of the chips home for another day. However, I always have some trouble paying $ 7+ for a meal in what feels like a sterile, fast food Ikea warehouse, and I would never order chips at $ 2.50+ if I had not had a coupon. But, to be fair, I’m cheap and not a big fan of that minimalist décor that’s all in vogue right now, or the super bright lighting common to Chipotle stores and all the other trendy spots. Staff makes up for what the atmosphere lacks, and is the reason I am giving the place a star more than I normally would. The night I went, at least, the folks on duty were exceedingly friendly and helpful, happy to accept the coupon for free chips and get me whatever I needed to enjoy them. Kudos there. In all, if you’re hungry and on that side of town, it’s not a bad place to stop in. The quality and taste are definitely miles better than Taco Bell, even if the price is higher. Of course it’s about as «authentic» as Taco Bell, but I’m pretty sure they are going for«Mexican inspired» rather than«authenticity» anyways.

At best the food is tolerable. I swear the only seasoning anything receives is the variants of salsa. The crema has zero taste. How is this possible? Pretty sure I prefer Taco Bell(across the street) to this abortion of Mexican food… Whoever designed this place had to have worked in a prison/school cafeteria. Zero style points. What the hell is up with the bean bags on a stick? Place can get very loud if it is busy. Lack of soft surfaces contribute to that.

Stopped here on my way out of town. The bowl I got, that I normally get was not flavored properly at all. I thought all chain stores like this made it a goal to taste the same no matter which one you stop into. That is not what I experienced at this location.

I understand this place was extremely busy when they first opened but serving me raw chicken was the worst mistake they could have made. I haven’t been back since and won’t eat at any chipotle because of my awful experience.
