Booked my truck in for a recall and oil change this morning, took the day off work due to it being a lengthy fix. Got to the service dept and found out the only mechanic qualified to do the work is not there today? Why book me in then? I rescheduled for Friday so I’ll see how it goes and update this accordingly but not off to a good start

Terrible customer service. Called in advance to find out if they could do tire balancing and alignment, was told yes, in reality they could not do it. Received the car back with only oil change and tire rotation. Lug nuts were installed crooked, causing issues with handling. Reported issue to service manager, called me a lier and insulted me. Bad service, bad customer service. Also scratched my wheels.

I have bought 2 cars from this dealership and will definitely go back for my next car. They are so easy to work with. They are great with making deals and trying their best to give you what you want. I have traded the 2 times I’ve been there and they definitely give me the best for my trade-​ins. I went to a dealership in Cincinnati that offered me an insulting amount for my Jeep. Automax offered me $ 5k more the first offer. They always make sure you know how everything works with your car before you leave. The sales guy (Rick Ratliff– who is awesome) was great to work with, hence why I went back a second time. I definitely feel like I can call him about anything if I have any questions. The whole process was quick and painless!

This place needs less than one star! I had my Dodge towed there when it started losing power on St Rt 23 and finally stopped. The service manager was a REAL jerk! He threatened the tow truck driver before I arrived, then refused to accept my car for repair! My car had front end damage from a wreck months ago but had been found to be mechanically able to drive. The electrical problem most likely was due to a recall involving the alternator. I don’t know why this guy was such a jerk! He turned down business !

My salesman out his half smoked cigarette on his desk right in front of me and didn’t move it. I asked for a coffee and he told me where it was. A good salesman would have offered me something to drink and would have gotten it for me.

This dealership is under new ownership (AutoMax). I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee here when it was Carriage Towne. The people that work here are always pleasant and helpful. I have returned here for service because they are honest and get the repair done right the first time. If you’re in the market for a Dodge, Jeep or Chrysler vehicle in the future, I would recommend this dealership.
