My girlfriend had bought a bedroom set from this location and at the time of purchase, we said we would be back to pick up on that weekend. We went to pick it up and they didn’t have everything that was suppose to come with it, so we took what they had and the informed us that we could come back once the headboard came in. We got the dresser home and opened it and the door was broken. Went back into this location and they said they would order a new one and deliver it to us with the missing headboard on the following Saturday. Saturday came around and no delivery, no call, nothing. We called and they said the truck had gotten a flat tire and we would be first on the delivery for the next day. Sunday rolled around and nothing again in the form of a phone call. Needless to say after that next phone conversation we took the stuff back and will be going elsewhere for good. This place is a joke when it comes to customer service from the sales staff to the management. Wasted a hole weekend waiting around for them. So, Godspeed if you decide to shop at this place. I surely will never be back.
