Called them at 12:30am to schedule them to pick us up at 2am from the bar to take us to our hotel. They never showed up and almost stranded us. Every time I called them to ask when/​if they were coming, the dispatch lady was EXTREMELY rude and even hung up on me. I’d rather walk than ever call them again!
