The owner of this deli is a chef, and we have enjoyed his submarine sandwiches. The sandwiches made by his wife are also tasty, so there is no problem with consistency. I would highly recommend their deli salad selections, each salad being a special creation of the owner.

After inspecting the putrid fruit and vegetable cart filled with rotten produce and infested with fruit flies, I was incredulous to learn that the staff is completely complacent about the unsanitary conditions of the main store. I told the girl at the counter that her produce cart has ROTTEN FOOD in it and she didn’t seem interested in the least?
I would NEVER recommend buying any fresh food here.
I think that the Western Turnpike Deli was the second to last nail in this dump’s coffin, and now the Hannaford in Esperance is the final nail.
