I have a relative who lives here so I often visit. This apartment complex is not bad to earn 3 stars but their tenants creates it for them. I’m not sure how they process applications but you can understand what I mean.
They seem to do a great job on the upkeep of the complex as I have seen improvements by painting, some remodeling and changes in appliances. All those features from a Rental Company make it enticing for would be tenants. I’m unfamiliar with the management so I couldn’t speak about them but the grounds outside of what the tenants are responsible for are kept well it seems.
Not a high-​end complex but you do have a fenced backyard, small but a backyard because almost every apartment complex don’t have this ammenity.
