I bought a Groupon for Anisia. I tried calling them three times. Each time, it went straight to voicemail. I left a message each time. They never called me back. I then emailed Groupon and Groupon tried to contact them. They still didn’t call me. Groupon eventually just gave my money back. Still no word from Anisia.

Electrician did not show for the confirmed appointment on Friday, Aug 8. Multiple phone calls/​voice mail (until mail box was full) and emails sent to Anisia Electrical Services, no replies from them. If there was an emergency at the company, or with the electrician, let us know, but lack of email notice to cancel or reschedule, or any change on your outgoing voice mail makes me wonder what is going on. For «someone who keeps their word and finishes tasks», they kind of failed on that. I lost PTO sitting at home waiting for service that never came.
Update-​They did call Monday, Aug 11 at 2:15pm. Why did it take so long for them to reply to the voicemail? With that late call, I couldn’t even get them to do a reschedule appointment that day. I do not recommend.
