The equipment is clean and so far never experienced much of a crowd. The first person I met was amazing, gave a great tour and information.

Horrible customer service. I called on multiple occasions to inquire about summer camp. I was always told to leave a message for someone named Dawn or Diane. Nobody called me back. I called 5 times. I tried booking a birthday party. At $ 150 an hour you’d think someone would call you back… nope. I called 3 times trying to book it. This place is a joke and obviously don’t care about customers. I’ll never ever try this place again. Used to be so family friendly and great. Now it’s like pulling teeth to get an answer.

This facility was nice and they have a lot to offer, but the customer service was terrible. We used the day passes for the pool and the pool staff seemed like a bunch of kids… socially inept kids. We showed up ready to swim(as did many other families) at the scheduled opening time and the staff didn’t have anything ready. They made us wait in a lounge area and never communicated with us whatsoever. We just had to flag people down and figure things out on our own. It was ridiculous, especially when you have toddlers that are really excited to go swimming and they don’t understand why they can’t when it’s right in front of them.

I joined the YMCA because I feel that it won’t go under, unlike the fly-by-night gyms that pop up everywhere. Plus, they include most of their extra classes in the price, unlike most gyms. If you feel like spinning or Yoga, you can take a class for no extra charge. The drawbacks are that they don’t maintain some of their equipment 100% and they don’t open early on a Sunday. They do open for a church to use the facility, so I don’t see what the problem is with letting people use the wellness center, at the same time.
