This small tucked away store in Deland is a major destination for quilters from all over the country (if not the world!). While I say that it is small, do not think that any quilter in her (or his) right mind could walk through the door and spend less than an hour (or four) lost in the fabrics, notions, and sample quilts, so plan accordingly. This shop is owned by Quilt Fabric Designer Judy Hansen, and when you find her in the shop you will have a special treat – she is such a lovely person (I was that lucky on my most recent visit). When Judy is not personally in the shop, she has a very capable staff. They are extremely helpful and know quilting – they don’t just sell you fabric. Enjoy!
