I’ve done business with Deland Discount Music for over 13 years. Bought several guitars and amplifiers over the years. This place USED to be great, however, they have turned into a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. The store is so DIRTY and DISORGANIZED its hard to tell what is for sale or what is trash. NO CELLPHONES in the store. I didn’t happen to see this sign, but was ostracized when I answered my cellphone discreetly for business, the owner stared me down until I left. This «family» business makes their customers feel so uncomfortable after 13 years, I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!

This is a pretty tiny little music shop right on Woodland Blvd in downtown. They seem to have a decent selection of guitars and amps, but it’s pretty slim pickins when it comes to orchestral instruments, keyboards or sheet music. Again, tiny store – I guess they have to make compromises. The people here seem friendly and pretty knowledgeable, though I haven’t worked with them extensively. I’m pulling for them; I’d like to see small, local businesses like this thrive.
