Cellular Sales, Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer

Never Again!!! Once this «contract» is over, I will never sign up for Verizon Wireless and this from a woman whose husband worked for Verizon Communications for almost 40 years! BEWARE of outside contractors like this group! They sale-​talked us until our heads spun. Two reps, Courtney and Mike, either deceived us out right or have no idea what they could do for a customer. To obtain a new phone before contract was up, I was told I would have to change my cell number. It was a pain to do, but I did. For months, my old line was charged almost $ 50. Then I got a separate bill for $ 200! When we went to speak with the representatives they had an attitude and wasn’t pleased that we should have the nerve to question them. We settled the dispute with the agreement to a plan that would keep us at a bill of around $ 148 per month. Our bill arrived for the month of March…$ 186.55. The original old number still had a charged of $ 48.93!!! What!!! Tired of all the double talk, wasted time and energy!!! Good-​bye Verizon ASAP!

Note to self not all Verizon Stores are created equal but are designed to accommodate certain segments of the population in different demographics. It doesn’t have to be complicated it just has to be outside their individualized business model. I had a simple phone issue my phone broke I was traveling out of town the next day and I wanted a new phone not a free new phone not an upgraded new phone just a replacement phone using my same number that I was willing to pay for. Fortunately for me I walked in this location early afternoon, after listening to my request I was informed that unless I wanted to open a new plan I would need to visit the corporate store in Orange City (it’s about 12 miles or so down the road) ok no big deal I just need a phone. Noooooo it is a big deal and I think it’s all based on who get the commission. I didn’t mean to get involved in a sales contest I just wanted a phone eventually we worked it out they over-​nighted a new phone to me at my new destination now that’s trust. I haven’t review the Orange City store yet but I’m thinking they get more stars. Convenient locations don’t always mean it’s convenient note to self.
