It is an expensive car wash with the cheapest «Express» at $ 9. I go here by habit and also because the cheaper, fully automated gas station washes don’t do as good a job. But I am not convinced the price here is worth it. I would reconsider coming here if I got my car washed more frequently.
You have limited interaction with the staff (unless you are getting detailing done). But I find them professional and capable.
Queues are unpredictable so be prepared to wait.

A little more than I would normally pay for a car wash. The cheapest one is $ 7. It’s quick. You stay in your car. No different than a $ 4 was at scrub-​a-​dub just costs more. Got the job done.
