Amazing staff! We had our wedding invitations, rehearsal dinner invites and programs printed at this store and could not have been more impressed with the staff. They were so helpful every time we stopped in and the results were perfect with our printing. We had originally stopped in another printing store in the area and did not find the staff helpful which was discouraging. Thankfully we found great people here and could not be happier. Thanks for all you did to help us out!

The ladies in here are so great! I came in needing to ship something to make it in time for Christmas and they were up for the challenge.
My box was wildly inaccurate and they had me covered. They scrounged around for an extra box and packing materials a hooked me up for cheap. They worked with me to find the cheapest shipping rate and not gouge me in the eye like most places (cough –fed ex on 76th in Milwaukee — cough)
Also Starbucks is next store ;)

I came in today with a friend who needed to ship a package. The women were not only helpful, but personable and kind. (They also helped my friend get the best shipping deal — bonus!) We didn’t feel rushed or like we were a bother even though we were taking up a lot of counter space. I want to give the women working there big props, as I’m sure working at Fed Ex is crazy during this time of the year. Happy holidays and thanks for a great experience!

Well, I guess I will have to find a new print shop to work with. Apparently they only have one computer to print off of at the full service counter. I was told I could use the self serve machine but seeing as I was printing on one of their specialty papers I was forced to wait twenty minutes for the team member to call phone support for assistance while I waited at the counter. What a joke. The UPS store down the street will get all my future business. Hopefully someday Elisa learns how to use the computer…
