So just finished my Starbucks and the cup made a rattling sound??? Weird right well there was garbage in my cup!!! A discarded milk tab harmless I am sure but pretty disgusting to know they don’t care why they are serving up at the local Del Rio Starbucks.

I love Starbucks, but they need to get a handle on the Del Rio branch. The restrooms are filthy. The cream and sugar bar always needs to be cleaned and refilled. The servers are very polite, the rest just needs better management.

I order the same thing at every Starbucks. A Café vanilla frappaccino. Both times I ordered it here, it was terrible and word of mouth in town says it’s not just me. I hope someone in corporate hears and sends over some extra training because they need it. They’re very slow and can’t get orders right.

Not so much rudeness, but more on their incompetency. I don’t want to be critical of these people, but they have forgotten my order several times. You wait patiently for 15 minutes, and you see a few people who were behind in line leave with their drinks. You go ask what’s up. They have no idea who you are until you show them your receipt, and they are still puzzled. This has happened a lot. I think they are timed on their drive-thru performance, and they put the in-store customers on the back burner. They had enough time to improve service since opening. They need to put it in gear.

If I could give less than one star I would. The service is either slow or slower. When I’m the only one at the drive thru and no one is inside, it should not take more than 10min for my order. I’ve had multiple orders that were just entirely wrong or orders where they forgot to give me parts of it. 99% of the time I have to repeat my order because they didn’t hear it or understand it the first time.(I get the same thing every time… apparently a venti chai latte is complicated.) The baristas spend more time chatting with each other or their friends who are there than they do filling orders. I don’t understand why this Starbucks can’t get their stuff together, but at some point the«new» will wear off and everyone will go back to making Starbucks via a K cup.

It’s taken a year, but I can finally say for the most part they haven’t messed up on my order. Nor have I had to wait in that horrible drive through line. Some of the girls still need to learn proper service skills, the other girls are nice. It’s still a long ways away from taste an service as to a Starbucks else where but it’s good for Del Rio.

First time at this Starbucks. Kristina is a rude cashier/barista. I’m sorry but there is no need for attitude when asked for a specific tea that they don’t have, so when asked what kind of tea is available you stare at the customer. Plus Kristina is VERY unfamiliar with what is offered, that the barista screwed our drinks. Not the fault of the baristas. Edward is a great barista and made up for Kristina’s bad customer service.
