Terrible customer service and terrible scheduling. And the quality of the actual dentistry leaves alot to be desired. I was told that the temporary crown would last 2 months before it needed to be replaced. It’s fallen off twice in 5 weeks. So i pushed up my appointment to have the permanent one installed to today. I confirmed that change with the front desk staff 4 separate times on the phone. 4 times I said«September 2nd, Friday, right?» and 4 times I was told that I would be seen today. When I show up today, I was told they have scheduled me on September 9th, that the doctor wasn’t in and that my old appointment was filled so now I have to wait a full week with half a tooth to get it repaired. And they acted like it was my fault that they wrote down the wrong day on their calendar. Incompetence is one thing, but incompetence with an attitude is just plain unacceptable. I’m sure there are other decent dentists in this town, but I will never go back to Louis Cadena Dentistry after they finally put my crown in. Poor dental service and horrid customer service. Edited: Further interactions with them(only ones covered by my insurance, so I have no choice in the matter) have been marginally better
