It’s not the cheapest self-serve frozen yogurt in the world, but it’s one of the more unique places. It’s kind of by itself on a stretch of restaurants and cafes, but it’s cute nonetheless. There are some seats outside and a very small interior with just enough space for froyo dispensers(8, I believe). Then there are the toppings, which are good. The owner is really really nice. What’s unique about this place are the multitude of photographs on the walls and ceilings. Makes it feel kind of cozy. The froyo is good, standard. I got the salted popcorn, acai, and one more flavor. My small cup was about $ 5.

I really enjoy coming here after splashing around at dog beach. The yogurt is really creamy and super tasty. I’ve eaten at many yogurt places and this one is my favorite. Tutti Frutti can’t hold a candle Seaside. I highly recommend!

Terrible. Very small selection on both yogurts and toppings. A bunch of the toppings I got tonight we’re all stale so that was nice. Like how does candy like that even get stale? Yuck. Don’t go here. There r so many other spots to go to that are way better & fresh.

Good enough, especially when you’re the only game in town for ice cream within walking distance in this area. Nice enough guy behind the counter and good topping/sauce selections!

Great little yogurt place for a great value. The owner is super nice and the plain yogurt is sour and delicious, the fruit is fresh and there is an abundance of other toppings too. High recommended!

Tons and tons of candy and toppings to choose from, but yogurt was unbearably sweet. Not sure if I hit it on an off night, or if that’s the standard.

Good selection of yogurts and toppings. The cookies and cream flavor is my favorite, it’s to die for! Toppings look fresh and they have a variety of candies and sauces available as well. The owner is very friendly. There is a $ 5 minimum to use your credit card

If you’re in the Del Mar area, and looking to scratch that yogurt itch, Seaside will satisfy that need! Pro’s: — The yogurt and flavors are quality(Cookies&Cream and Dulce De Leche are my favs; no notes on tarts, I don’t like tarts). — There is a good selection of add-ins, and there’s also some other types of treats available. Con’s: — There aren’t a ton of different types of flavors, though you’ll likely find something you’ll like. I don’t know that they switch them out extremely often either. — It’s a bit pricier than other yogurt stops, but that’s Del Mar. — Parking can be pretty tight, depending on when you go. The most recent time I went in, the man at the counter was very friendly and asked if there were any types of add-ins that I like, that I wasn’t seeing. I liked that he is interested in what they could add to further satisfy the customers. In general the staff has been friendly.

We came here because of the Unilocal reviews and the $ 10 for $ 5 deal. Here is my review: very mediocre place. Only 8 flavors, no place to seat!!! Only ONE table in the sun! Not even an umbrella. The lady was not friendly at all! The toppings were fine. I would NOT recommend this place, unless you are in the area and cannot drive to a Yogurtland! They have THEBEST frozen yogurt!!!

Good location, got some vanilla, coconut, and cookies & cream soft serve. Topped it off with Mochi, bubbles, and blueberries: kiwi! :) perfect for a hot summer day

Excellent place to go to if you’re feeling like having a yogurt. The owner was very friendly, yogurt flavors we’re excellent with a variety of toppings to choose from, and the Unilocal deal is AMAZING. My kids loved it, my hubby, and myself. Can’t get any better! Yumm.

After going to swirls for years and tasting their bland cheap dry flavorless yogurt, my appreciation for this place is huge. Quality of yogurt is so much better, rich in flavor and sooooo creamy. I think they have a better price point than swirls too.

Small family owned self serve yogurt. We stopped in at about 7:30 on Mother’s Day. We were immediately greeted with a friendly face and hello! The salted caramel was my favorite. I mixed with some cake batter as well. The choices in this small shop were endless — if you don’t see what you want just ask– odds are they have it. The walls are covered with patrons enjoying their treats. So snap a pic and feel like a star I’ll be back and there is a Unilocal deal!!! Get it!

I like that this is a family owned business. The employees are really friendly and helpful. I have allergies to certain ingredients and the owner himself searched hi and low to make certain of that the offending culprits weren’t in his product. The yogurt is good, but I really wish they had more sugar free flavors(and lower– calorie options, too) They don’t have a lot of yogurt to choose from. But, on a positive note, at least they have a decent amount of toppings. It’s great that they make their customers feel as important as a celebrity. There’s a ton of smiling photos stacked all the way to the ceiling.(I’m guessing this owner is a SERIOUS scrapbooker.) Here’s something cute — they let the kids design their own ‘frequent yogurt’ cards. I had to update my review and add a star. Every time my husband and I visit, the owner is so friendly. He really seems to enjoy his business and his customers. Gotta LOVE service like that!

Great idea for a «get-to-know-you» 1st date spot if your date is, unfortunately, not a binge drinker. The idea of guessing your yogurt’s exact price and it’s free idea is also a cute one. That is, until your newfound friend sees that you’ve grossly overloaded your yogurt cup to pre-diabetic proportions, and you underestimate your fare by double digits. Sheepishly attempting to reinsert your insufficient $ 10 bill back into your wallet at the register will ultimately disqualify you for that 2nd date, and for this reason I’ve subtracted one star. You’ve now paid for YOGURT with your Southwest Rapids Rewards credit card, and are unconsciously muttering something about how you pay off the balance in full each month… thus assuring your place in the haphazardly named Friend Zone. Back to Tinder you go…

Family owned. Great flavors. They keep it simple. I don’t like that they hide the taster cups which makes them seem cheap. Plenty of toppings. I wonder, are we all paying per ounce for our cups too when we buy yogurt? Anyways, their salted caramel popcorn is yummy, alpine mint. I’m not a fan of the pumpkin but it is better than swirls pumpkin! Convenient parking in their small lot. Easy in and out. .38 cents an OZ.

While visiting Del Mar(09-05-2013) I simply could not take the heat anymore. I pulled my car to the side of the road and began searching the Unilocal application on my Iphone for ‘Frozen Yogurt.’ The overwhelming response /resulted leaned in the favor ‘Seaside Yogurt.‘ I checked out the Unilocal profile for ‘Seaside Yogurt’ and noticed they had a Unilocal deal where you can obtain $ 10 worth of credit for $ 5, which is a pretty amazing deal, can you beat 50% off? I walked in to ‘Seaside Yogurt’ and was handed sample cups for tasting the various flavors they had. I ended up going with old school and kept it real by simply sampling the ‘non-fat’ Vanilla & Chocolate which were pretty darn good. I ended up selecting a small cup and continued on with the initial vibe by once again selecting chocolate & vanilla. Once you have selected your yogurt of choice you have many options to choose from to top it off. I went crazy style & went M&M’s with crushed up almonds. If yogurt is not your thing«seaside Yogurt’ has still got you covered they have quite a selection of candy to choose from. This spot was like a candy store that also happens to be a yogurt shop. You are charged by the ounce for your yogurt and topping $ 0.38 cents an ounce to be exact. You have the option of sitting inside or outside, chairs provided at both spots, plenty of street parking available and free.
