Though at the time of my first review I was VERY displeased with company I have since started interacting with Mike Cady directly and he is very professional. I will continue to rent from them because he has more than made up for the original issues. It is still true that at beginning of process I had nothing but problems. My lease started July1st and the house still had repairs that were not complete at that time, nor were they done until July 10th. The property had paint damage and poor carpeting that was not replaced and the house was not professionally cleaned at time of move in. The lady showing me home said they professionally cleaned it(after I asked them too)…but do you know any cleaners who leave dirty floor boards, dusty window shades and limestone stains in the fridge?(I hope not). Oh and they lost the house key so I didn’t feel safe but they rekeyed the place so I feel safe now-thanks to Mike. Very early on Two ceiling fans broke and there was a delay fixing those(waited very long time to hear from his assistant) howeve, now that I deal directly with Mike he always calls back as soon as I call him. No more issues or delays and I’m really glad to see the company cares about it’s clients.
