Stupid nostalgia. I went here a few times because they were much, much more common in some other spots I lived. Turns out that the best tasting ice cream is whatever you had when you were 10, because you were 10. It’s not that this spot is bad, it’s just that Roxy’s exists now. Service has been capital-U ugly the last two times I visited,* but ironically, I think that’s mainly because of how busy it has been. Still, it is very frustrating to watch your blizzard disintegrate into mush on the counter because the staff forget to grab it and give it to you. The second time this happened, I just walked up and took it and walked out. Which is fine — I’d already paid for it, and it’s not like anyone noticed. So sadly, it’s not as good as it should be, and I’m not much of a wait-in-line fellow anyway. Have no choice but to give it a pass for now. * In keeping with my longstanding practices, I won’t simply revise this sentence to write«Service has been Ugly,» because after all, it’s the written word. Also because I only realized I could have done it that way during my revisions, and it’s much more fun to type this note out than to just fix it.

This DQ is a joke! Time after time there is some sort of problem. We order a chocolate dipped waffle cone and they tell me that they can’t dip the cone because there machine was turned off, it wouldn’t have been a problem if they didn’t run my card but they charged me before they told me this problem. The manager was unwilling to do anything about this issue and just decided to dip it in the ice cream dip instead. I believe they lack planning and Organization. I don’t think we will be coming back here again!

Don’t come around closing. We were 20 minutes early and the feud were undercooked and the burgers were wrong. I don’t know if I will try again during the day.

Cool place. Clean. Busy. Fast service. Flowers on the tables. Nice touch. Lots of TV’s. Cool music sound trac being pumped out. Some nice innovative menu items I’ve never seen before at Dairy Queen that intrigue me. I’ll be back. I’ve been listening to the staff and they are going out of their way to be extremely friendly to everyone. Good job.

I’m so glad they’ve started expanding into the OKC metro! For a fast food place, Dairy Queen is really solid. It’s one of the few chain fast food places that gets a three star review from me, and that may mostly be from my childhood nostalgia for this chain. Dairy Queen is like the Braums of Texas. Except they’re here now. I’m confused… If you like fast food fare, get a Blizzard and a Flamethrower burger and you almost certainly will probably not be disappointed!

I should have listened to Mistyday. I was very disappointed. Paid three dollars for a sorry looking sundae. This is not the DQ I remember. Service was bad. Texas DQs are a whole lot better on portions and service.

So I was told that I. couldn’t add lettuce tomato and pickles. The lady in drive thru says no. I was like wait, … what?!!(In my nikki minaj voice) because I was paying to add. She then yells through the window«I said no you can’t change the. lunch special«l almost went from 0 to 100, but I remembered ill blog about it and write into corporate. Ha she has no idea who she just told no! The manager runs out with lettuce tomatoes pickles and onions. Thanks, but im contacting corporate.

Yay — Dairy Queen. I missed you! I missed your Blizzards, your ice cream cakes, your hot fudge sundaes. I think your prices went up? Oh well, I’m all for the nostalgia. I grew up on DQ. This facility is new and clean and the staff was competent — no complaints.

Finally !!! I’ve been waiting for a long for a closer DQ location and it’s finally here! I made my first visit to this location and it was packed! There was no more seating’s available in the restaurant and the line was just long. I was hoping to get the Apple Pie Blizzard that was displayed on their menu screen, but unfortunately they said they don’t have it. That was bogus. So I settled for the Cookie Dough Blizzard. I got a medium and it costs $ 4, which seems a bit expensive.

DQ is back in the 405 ! Del City to be exact! I was fortunate to be in town for the grand opening on 10/11/2014. Unfortunately I was not one of the first 100 people to purchase a blizzard cake and receive one free cheese burger a week for a year. Unlike the DQ opening recently in Moore, this store’s opening was not as chaotic. Service was smooth like a DQ soft vanilla ice cream. Okies will enjoy another option of burgers, fries, and of course blizzards consumption.
