My first option for all of my automotive repairs, Service writers have always been great to me. They can be really busy your best bet is to always call first, they have always find days that will work with my schedule.

DO NOT TAKE YOR CAR HERE TO AVOID A SCAM! I wish it was possible to rate a place with a ZERO star. I have been to this place 3 times since my first post. The last 2 times I was convinced that they were just replacing parts on my car instead of fixing the actual problem. (Otherwise, I would’ve never came back. It is terrible that this is the closest place to where I live.) I only heard of this place because I asked a friend/​local Oklahoman for a good place to take your car.
It makes me angry to think about this place. I have never felt so disrespected and ripped off in my entire life.
Spare yourself the misery and incompetence of the staff and rude manager, Kevin. My faith will never be restored in this company after having my concerns and questions ignored. :(

My second time here for oil changes only. The workers are friendly and fairly knowledgeable based off some general Chit chatting.
That being said, the wait time is horrific. Had a 7:30 appointment and took 70min just to get my car taken back to even start the oil change… I understand being a little behind in the service industry but over an hour is unacceptable.
If you have other service scheduled They may be fine but go to your dealership or valvoline for oil changes…

We were traveling cross country and had a situation occur. Grant and the mechanics at A & H were amazing! They fit us in and were friendly and courteous. Because of their great service, we were able to continue our road trip with peace of mind. Highly recommend them!

My husband & I just moved here from WA state in July, we drove 1800 miles & about half way into our trip my A/​C died. We didn’t realize how hot OK was & needed to get the A/​C fixed asap, especially since I was pregnant. I did a lot of research on the internet trying to pick a car repair place that wouldn’t screw me over because I’m a woman. I eventually settled on A&H due to some good reviews. I had great service and they fixed my care in a few hours. They even came out to tell me exactly what was wrong & held up a part to show me what was wrong to make sure I understood. They gave me an estimate before they started, but after they had diagnosed the problem. I’ll take all of our vehicles there while we are stationed in OKC.

Twice in the last six years, I’ve brought my VW here for A/​C repair (two different issues).
The second time, another multi-​service mechanic closer to home attempted a $ 300 repair on the issue unsuccessfully.
Afterward, I made an appointment at A&H, and they correctly diagnosed and fixed the issue in a matter of hours, for literally half the cost of the failed repair at another mechanic.
Highly impressed with the service, technical work and repair charges at A&H.
