well saavana is the bomb dot com, so i love coming here when she is here. good food. never really super busy. they have one of those soda machines that has a million combos, but i don’t drink soda so i wasn’t phased by it. i always get their spicy chicken caesar flatbread and a side caesar salad, because i’m apparently trying to overdose on caesar dressing. this experience was just alright, as the old dude taking my order kept calling me awkward pet names like he was my dad or my arranged husband. overall though, i would say i typically have great experiences here.

I have eaten here twice this week while travelling on business. The facilities are clean, brightly lit, and nicely up to date. Every staff member working has had superior customer service, starting with a smile and friendly greeted, followed by bringing the food to my table and clearing dishes when I have finished. The food is phenomenal! Cooked with fresh ingredients per order and prices are just unbeatable. I will be a regular here from now on each time business beings me to town.

Quick service, good food for a reasonable price. If you’re looking for an inexpensive, good meal, it’s a good choice. Quite a bit of seating too.

Order the Alfredo Monte’more (make sure to say that to the cashier with the heaviest Italian accent) with Parmasean crusted chicken. Excellente. But the quality for the price at noodles is extraordinary. Never dissapoints, ⁵⁄₅

This place has really gone down hill. The last few times we’ve ordered we’ve had the same problems: mix of different noodles, barely any sauce on pasta, and the sauce that is present is congealed and sticky. The order today included a Caesar side salad which was a pinch of lettuce in a little cup, soup that was only half full in the bowl, and a little congealed sauce. We also ordered ciabatta rolls and got sandwich rolls instead. We kept hoping it was a one off and would get better, but it hasn’t.

Food was good and the service quick. My favorite part was asking for a cup for water and getting a full sized cup, not some rinky dink dixie cup. Very clean place.

We generally order online for pickup. The staff has always been great, our order always ready and adding things when we got there has never been an issue.
The food aklways seems to be of good quality with a great selection and is prepared fresh rather than ahead of time.
We would recommend.

The cashier that took my order was very rude, she wanted to take my order super fast and didn’t even give time to think. Every time I wanted to add sometime else she would roll her eyes. On the other hand is very clean and the server was super nice!

I used to work for a different location of noodles n co, and I think this location does a great job. The restaurant is clean, service is friendly and fast, and the orders placed are accurate. The food is great and they’ve never gotten my order wrong! To a newbie, gotta have the pesto cavatappi or penne rosa!

The staff here is amazing! This was my first visit and I had no idea what to order. Not only did the staff help explain the menu, but they offered to replace anything we tried and didn’t like for free! Great food, great people!

Use to love this place but just made a visit here the other day and the meal wasn’t anything to brag about. Seemed a little under flavored and the portions are smaller than I remember. Staff seemed like they were overwhelmed by the lunch rush as I waited for my food for over 15 mins. Yikes!

The potstickers are pretty good… a lot flatter than I have ever seen, but tasty!
The buttered noodles are good, I tried them with rice noodles — I think I would have preferred the way they originally came… and the cucumber tomato salad was great too!

Thank you to the women that was working the front register today you were so sweet and nice. Whenever I go to Noodles and Co I love to get the Pasta Fresca which is so yummy. I recommend that!

My experiences with this particular Noodles have been OK. I can only think of a couple of times where minor mistakes have been made on my orders (e.g. they forgot to leave the mushrooms out of my dish). The staff is friendly and the service is decent.

This place does not have a lot of staying power. I can do noodles and pasta a couple times a year, maybe.
Basically, pasta is filler. I don’t like going to a place where all they serve is filler. And that’s what you get at Noodles & Co., so… I don’t go there often.
Portion sizes are overly large. How much stodge can one person handle? I’d rather have smaller portions for a reduced price.
I give it three stars only because of the service, cleanliness, and the fact that I simply don’t like the concept.

Had the Pad Tai with chicken. The chicken was flavorless and dry, and the noodles were all stuck together in big clumps. For ten bucks I expected more. Maybe the place was having a bad day? Regardless, I don’t plan on visiting this location again.

This was the first Noodles and Co. that I’ve been to where someone actually came to your table and asked you how everything was and if you needed anything.
The place itself was pretty spotless. It was nice and clean, really healthy looking. The food was great too!
With their friendly staff, clean atmosphere, and delicious dishes, this is definitely worth coming back to.

Went to this location twice the first month it was open. The first time I ever went I decided to try the Japanese Pan Noodles and was surprised it was good. The second time I went against my judgment if sticking to what I know and have tried… I ordered the Pad Thai and it was not a bad decision. Overall I feel the food is just so so. I probably wouldn’t suggest it to my friends but if they wanted to go I would. I think I have been exposed to better Asian cuisine because of my boyfriend’s family but I also feel like I can pay the same for better authentic tasting food, ambiance, and closer drive in downtown DeKalb.

Noodles offers a variety of options, several of which are fairly healthy compared to the other fast food fare. It’s fast, but not fast food. The only reason I am giving them three stars instead of four is that out of three times eating here each time they have burned the tofu, whether I’ve ordered it as my protein for a salad or a noodle dish. If they got that sorted out, I would be a bigger fan.
As it is, I still highly recommend the Thai curry soup. YUM!

I went here to eat just a few days after it opened in DeKalb, so I did keep that in mind while we were waiting 20 – 30 minuets for our food. Since we had waited so long we were given two free meals for next time that we would come, very nice of them to recognize our wait. I had the Japanese Pan Noodles and enjoyed it.
About a week later I ordered food for pick up. They woman that took my order over the phone kept interrupting me as I would order, asking me my name after I said that i would like the Japanese Pan Noodles, and then after saying that I would like an order of the Penna Rosa she interrupting me to ask me if I could be there in 10 minuets. She was all over the place. When I came to pick up my dinners I waited in the ‘Pick-​Up’ lane, what i noticed was 10 or more people in the kitchen, all with there backs to the register. No one ever turned around and no one was there to take an order. I waited about 3 minuets and then finally someone came. Though I was the only person at a register she looked past me, went to another register and helped someone else. I waited more… finally someone turned around and helped me. As she was figuring out how to use my free meal coupons, i decided to take a look at my meals, as I had ordered the Penna Rosa with NO mushrooms (I told her this three times while ordering on the phone) and of course there were mushrooms. inside I felt as though I should take it and just leave but I told her that I did order with no mushrooms. They ‘quickly’ made a new one, plated it then realized that i was carry out so they dumped it in a to-​go container and I was out the door. I should have sucked it up an kept the one with the mushrooms because my pasta and sauce were lightly warm and the chicken was cool.
This is a very mediocre place… hopefully the service gets better with time. I would not be running to eat here any time soon.
