Cracked screen on iPad… Not sure where these others reviews are coming from. I called, they said they would pick up my iPad and return it the next day if someone was in my area. I see a review that is super close to me. Unfortunately no one was near me or even in that town with 5 star review. Other alternative is to mail it to them and have it back in 5 – 7 business days. All in all it appears this company is completely mobile, and relies on people to mail in their devices. Who has time for that. Found a local store front that can fix it much faster.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!
Brandon is great! I called him because we happen to be in Picayune for the afternoon, and I took my son’s IPhone in to have the front screen and back replaced — right then. He had it ready in under an hour and called me the moment it was ready!
Thank you for making what I anticipated to be a daunting experience a very pleasant one!
We grabbed the phone and were on our way home in a flash:)
