Ulta 3 Cosmetics

This ULTA is hard to spot. It’s huge on the inside but I drove past it several times without noticing it. I only realized it was there when I searched for an Ulta location online. And even then it blended in with the surrounding buildings. The store isn’t pretty. I know that sounds dumb but nothing is visually appealing. The staff isn’t friendly either. I made a FEW purchases at this store over a 4 day period and no one greeted me when I walked in, nor did they offer assistance. I almost felt like I was bothering them when I needed help looking for something. Sometimes the little things like that make a difference, like offering a welcoming environment.
if you know what you’re looking for then sure, this may be the place for you. They have a lot of stock of everything! The new NYX lingerie lipsticks were fully stocked! I’ve been to other locations and they were pretty much sold out of every color. I don’t imagine a whole lot of people visit this one so that may be why.

I live near this store and frequent it on a regular basis. This time I felt like I got lots of great advice and some good deals.

Worst Ulta ever! Took my girlfriend here to get her eye brows done, and was told they were booked for the day with one person occupying one of three chairs and no one in the store. I don’t play the race card ever, but there was definitely a sense of unwontedness there.

One of the better Ulta’s that I’ve encountered in the area. I love browsing their nail polish section because they literally have the entire rainbow. Then there are also the cooler nail polishes like magnetic and sparkly along with tools for nail art. I came here during the holidays and while they were packed with people using the holiday deals, the staff was still helpful and welcoming. I ended up with what I was looking for in their newsletter (a huge, discounted makeup set) and I was able to do this without any hassle. Despite telling an employee what I was looking for, she pointed it out for me, and also gave some cool suggestions.
I’ve never had my hair done here but I’ve seen girls walk out with gorgeous hair. The stylist there is also super welcoming and was the first of many employees to greet me upon walking in.

Came looking for a specific Redken deep conditioner, and they had it at the exact price I expected! Love their huge selection and their well-​organized space. Loads of fun hair accessories and nail polish. This is a step up from drugstore cosmetics, but still won’t break the bank. Wish I had one closer to where I live now!
