This B&B is right off exit 31 and just a few miles from downtown Utica. Anne(the hostess) was warm and friendly as she greeted us, and really made us feel like we were guests in her home. Breakfast was excellent and the fact that a gluten-free english muffin showed up on my plate after letting her know the night before I couldn’t eat gluten was the icing on the cake for this B&B. The Inn is a historic house in a quiet area. It’s also a collector’s paradise — almost every shelf is filled with interesting things to look at. At $ 75 a night, it’s a good value. We missed having wi-fi, but the Inn’s charm and Innkeeper’s warmth made up for it.
