We can’t say enough thanks to Michael and the crew at Infiniti for getting us into our new home so quickly and (relatively) painlessly!!! Michael came highly recommended to us from family members, who had just used him for their mortgage, and were very happy. Unlike other mortgage brokers from «big name» firms that we had initially spoken to, Michael actually took the time to listen to what we were looking for (an FHA 30-​year fixed mortgage, at the rate we wanted), and went above and beyond expectations to ensure that we would qualify based on our unique financial picture. He was extremely reachable — I work late hours, and would often send him emails at 11:00pm or later, and have a response from him by the next morning. Michael also took the time to explain the loan process to us, which was really important to us as first-​time home buyers.
Michael made the whole process far easier and quicker than we had expected. Most of the loan documents that we received from our lender were signed and submitted electronically, and the first time we actually met Michael in person was at our closing! At our closing, the attorneys and real estate agents were all amazed at how quickly Michael was able to secure our loan, and the rates and credits that he was able to get us. He even gave us a housewarming gift! That is the kind of service and thoughtfulness that we would have never expected from a larger firm.
We definitely would use Michael and Infiniti again for any future financing needs. I very strongly recommend them!!!
