After hearing a coworker’s experience with lashes, and given the irritating and allergic experience I have to most makeup products, I decided to give lashes a try — and I have kept them ever since! The first time I called Desiree to make my very first appointment, she was the perfect combination of professional and friendly. During my first appointment, she took careful time to walk me through the lashing process as well as to get a complete understanding of the look I wanted. She is always up to date on the new styles of lashes that come out and the new products offered by xTreme and always has everything in stock. My lashes look amazing and do wonders for my eyes — I literally «wake up this way» without much else left to do in terms of face prep each day. The overall experience you get with Desiree is fabulous — we always have great conversation, and I am always very pleased with the look of my lashes. I once had one set of lashes that did not adhere as well as usual to one of the corners of my eyes, and Desiree filled that area complimentary within 24 hours of me telling her what happened. She has also gone above and beyond to fit in my appointments at times convenient for me with as little as one day notice (I work full-​time, and she has given me appointments during lunch, late after hours, and on weekends).
