Rhino Moving

We have used them twice in the past year. Once for a very small job and they were professional and quick! The second move was much larger; from a 3 bedroom apartment to a home. They sent 4 men and they were the FASTEST movers I have ever seen!!! Professional, quick, NEVER COMPLAINED about anything, worked diligently and never took breaks!!! WOW, these guys have it going on!!! Will use them again in a few months when we move from our small house to a larger one…

I spoke to Michelle from this company on the phone today and I cannot believe how nasty she was. I feel that she called me for the sake of being confrontational. She spoke to me in an extremely condescending tone and repeatedly interrupted me when I was trying to explain my problems. She still has not tried to understand what actually happened. She told me to watch my tone with her (I was raising my voice to try to speak over her interruptions as she would not listen to anything I said!) and then continued to call me unprofessional (excuseeee lady I’m the customer and this is your JOB! It is your turn to act professional!) and threaten to hang up on me… what??! Okay and then once she called me «little girl» I had enough and hung up on her. She told me she does not care if I write this on Unilocal or any other review websites, also very unprofessional of her, I don’t understand how a person like this can be in the customer service field.) I am extremely unhappy with the terrible service
I have received from this company and I will be contacting agencies and a lawyer concerning the mistreatment of my belongings and myself by this company. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this disaster.
