Florida State Restoration Services

We just moved into our new home on December 28^th of 2015 and after 4 ½ weeks the roof had several leaks and I did not know what we were going to do! Florida State Restoration services was recommend to me and my info was given to Gene and he called me that night and scheduled an appointment to come the next day. He got here an was very nice, very professional. He had a guy with him to help and he was also very nice. I let them do there thing, and they ended up tarping my roof and securing the tarp very well expecially since there is more rain coming. Gene wanted to make sure no more water came in. He did not ask me for any money, Gene said they bill the insurance company directly which was awesome for me. I also had the pleasure of meeting Kim, Gene’s wife. She was super nice and spent some time chatting with me and gave me some very useful information. I am waiting on there quote which I should have pretty soon. Kim told me that they offer financing for the roofs, which no other roofing company has told me they offer financing so that is a great option! We are doing a insurance claim because there is alot of water damage and that can take a bit of time before they pay. I will definitely update my post once I find out some more info but so far I am very impressed with them and I hope they can help us.

. Gene was extremely helpful and experienced. Did not try to over sell me or push «extras». Their price was much better than others. I had a metal roof installed that came out amazing. Workers were prompt, thorough and cleaned up the site daily. My GC was very pleased with their work
You hear lots of horror stories about roofs. But Gene and his staff at Florida State were a pleasure to work with

Florida State came to our house to do a mold test because we were getting sick in our home. He found out that the source was coming from our very old air conditioning system. Thank goodness he found this out because this will be a cheap repair according to our air tech. These guys were on-​time and cheap for the service call. Highly recommend their services.
