Really disappointed with this location. I was going to the one in RPB which was amazing but moved down to Deerfield so went to this one. I booked it with a random person bc I have very high expectations for EWC since they specialize in waxing and they’re pricey so they should be good right? I got put with a girl who was brand new (which I wasn’t aware of) and she shouldn’t have been working on clients yet bc she had no clue what she was doing. Very sweet but couldn’t even get the wax to grip the hair so she went over the same spots literally 5,6 times pulling the strips off very slowly and then rubbing the area, not applying pressure. Didn’t even apply the wax or pull in the right direction. Just a complete disaster. After that, I finally told her to just forget it and I went to the front desk and told the girl what happened and she didn’t seem too concerned and just put me with another lady who knew what she was doing but proceeded to ask about my acne and if I was using anything for it. I wasn’t getting a facial or at a dermo, just getting my eyebrows waxed. That was the icing on the cake. I was disgusted with all of them at that point and won’t be returning. It’s not like that was a $ 5 – 10 service but $ 18 to get a shitty wax on my eyebrows. No thanks!

I just had a great eyebrow wax from Stephanie :) The wax center is a great environment, very professional and discreet! Stephanie explained everything as she was doing it. She took the time and care to make sure my brows look fantastic! They use an exclusive hard wax that is practically painless! I will definitely be back.

Love Tracy! Fabulous and not painful. She takes her time and I would highly recommend her. She knows what she is doing.

The Deerfield Beach location is excellent. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I have been going to this location for about a year and I only see Tracey. She is excellent at waxing and makes you feel right at home. She is professional and very friendly. I just love her! If you go to this location, be sure to ask for her.

I cannot speak highly enough of Tracey at the Deerfield Beach location. She is not only fantastic at her job, she is personable & kind. She loves what she does. It shows in the pride she takes in the work she does. I would recommend Tracey over & over & over again!!!

I had a great experience with the staff very professional and friendly. They did a great job on my eyebrows and I look forward to going back to get a Brazilian. I will update review when I get it done in 2 weeks.

Never ever going back to this European wax center. I usually go to the one in Coral Springs but my eyebrows needed a clean up and I was working right next door. This lady butchered my eyebrows she should never work at a waxing place if she doesn’t know how to wax. Ugh it was the worst waxing job I’ve ever had in my life.

Brazilian wax is heaven in this place, I recommended this place to all my friends and Fam
