I purchased a 30 gun CE safe back on June 5th2015. The delivery etc, was good guys got it in bolted down etc and didn’t break anything. After a few days i was down on the floor and noticed that the very bottom part of the door of the safe wasnt painted and the paint on the inside of the safe had runs in it. I notified CE sent pics of both issues to them and asked for some one to fix it. The general feeling that i got was since i bought an entry level safe etc. that i got what i paid for. ok FF to December they finally got a replacement safe out to me 7 months later. They dont feel i was inconvenienced and wanted me to pay the full disputed amount back to them. I wish i could have recorded the call and been able to play it here. The experience has been one of the most negative customer experiences I have ever encountered. I think they sell good products and sell better quality and strength safes than big box stores and sporting goods places, but if you have an issue with this company stand by could take a while to resolve and may not be very nice about it. I never once received an apology. I was expecting a new safe not a blemished safe. Now the drama continues hope to return get money back and perhaps find a company that treats people well and appreciates the business.

Forgot to update my review after safe was delivered. Delivery guy communicated his schedule throughout the day so I could meet him to let him in. 2 guys wheeled this monster into place, made sure it was perfectly level and operating perfectly before they left. I couldn’t be happier. This whole organization knows their stuff and how to treat a customer. I highly recommend!
