I have worked with both sky blue pools AND Andy the personal trainer who left a bad review. Sky blue pools without a doubt is an amazing company with stellar service, competent employees and competitive pricing. They do nothing but go above and beyond in all departments. Andy on the other hand is an unorganized, cheap And unprofessional person. I would love to hear sky blue pools version of this story as I bet it’s totally different. How disappointing they don’t have more positive reviews as everyone I recommend loves them and still uses their services each following year.

Been a customer for about ¾ years now. Beginning relationship was great. They had great rates and costumer service. There was a lot of work needed to be done to my pool, so we broke it into separate projects. First project was around $ 5,500. Everything went well. Bi-weekly services during spring/summer season, opening and closing. They would answer all my questions in a timely manor as well schedule appts ASAP for needed service. Sandy hit us hard, both my landscaping and home. My personal business took a hard hit as well. Maintaining the pool became difficult and was more of luxury than a priority. Before hand we were planning to redo the pool’s piping and marbleization. A $ 23,000 overhaul. Waited about a year and half to have my business back on track before committing. When addressing to schedule maintains and services, to my surprise rates had gone up significantly. Costumer service lacks and long waits between receiving response. Waited over a month to hear from the owner about getting my pool done… No reply after multiple left messages and emails. As well as endless excuses and promises to get back to me. I ended up needing to have another company handle the entire renovation. Unfortunately the company doesn’t service pools seasonally because I planning to change, very impressed with their professionalism and work. So now I have brand new pool. No thanks to Sky Blue. I hope their able to get back to their past glory because I’m very disappointed with how they’ve handled this matter after; thousands of dollars in business, years of commitment, and multiple referrals. Oh, which I also found out that a couple of the referrals have also become dissatisfied with their services.
