I can honestly say I was one of the 1st, ok 1 of a very VERY few white folk in this joint when it opened years ago and before they decided not to expand under the Michoacana name. Since then, their English has improved and my Spanish has as well. Look it’s not the greatest thing you’ll ever eat but it certainly will become a staple in your life once you figure it all out and become comfortable walking in or, do like I learned to do years ago, call in your order and go pick it up to beat the lines. Not much room to «dine in» so might as well make you order«Para Llevar» ! The meat market part will also change you life. Get 5 lbs of ribs and chicken and grill that stuff and I guarantee you’ll agree, 5 lbs of «costillas» wasn’t enough!
