My niece got lice and passed to my kids twice within one year and a half. The first time, we researched and tried to take care of it ourselves. We did but it took three weeks and was truly an incredibly exhausting endeavor for the entire family. There’s a LOT of misinformation out there. This second time was SO much easier. We went there, posed a barrage of questions, got very clarifying answers and understood so much more about what needs to be done. It’s not about the environment! It’s really just a matter of going the these fairy lice mother’s and learning about how to combat these little nuisances. *Incidentally we brought my niece in to nip the source in the bud. I’ll check back and put an update about how that turns out.

So happy this place exists since I was so worried about my daughter’s itchy scalp problem. When she said it was bothering her in school and she couldn’t stop scratching I was so worried. Even the website helped ease my anxiety by having so much information, testimonials, and videos. This morning I made an appointment and was thankful I was able to bring my daughter in today since I had kept her home from school. I was lucky because it wasn’t lice this time, but she does have a dry scalp problem we have to address. I got advice on how to deal with it and also purchased the nit comb for 9.99 to help me get the dry skin flakes off her scalp. The environment is soothing for parents and kids. A conditioner was applied all over the hair, then her hair was brushed out and the tangles removed. Our fairy mother used the nit comb to remove what turned out to be dry skin flakes. I was relieved it was not lice but know that if it was, this is the place to treat it. After searching on google revealed that dandruff and lice can present very similarly I was very worried(to say the least). Very glad we went here.
