Had flowers delivered to my work place from my parents for my birthday. The flowers were beautiful, except that they wilted the next day. I felt awful for my parents who probably spent a lot to get an arrangement sent to my job. Pretty, but very disappointing!

My boyfriend ordered flowers for me to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. They arrived around 3pm and the pink roses were brown. They were dead the next morning. I informed him of the condition of the flowers and he called for a refund(he spent $ 120 on them). They informed him that they would come replace my flowers(how embarrassing) or they would issue a $ 12 refund. Are you kidding? Horrible customer service. Do not order flowers from here!

Worst service and worst flowers. I paid 70 dollars for a delivery that ended up being an arrangement of less than mediocre flowers that were all half dead by the 3rd day. The card attached to the flowers was very poorly proofread(definitely not how I filled out the card online.) They also did not respond to my complaint which shows poor customer service. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Do not order flowers from here! I ordered flowers off their website for my sister’s 30th birthday(I live in a different city), and I upgraded them to premium. The flowers that were delivered were not anything like the website, and they were not upgraded(even though I paid the additional charge). I called to complain and let them know I wanted a refund. They said they would call me back after speaking to the owner. Within an hour, before I had time to forewarn my sister, they called her and said they were picking up the vase — and came to her house to take back the flowers! I would never order flowers from them again, they truly do no know how to run a business or how to treat customers.
