I’ve came in on February 9th to buy a phone. The store rep advertised the direct tv, if I buy it then I will have unlimited data and better rates. So I did it. A week later the tv was installed and I was keep getting notifications about my data. So I’ve called att and it turned out, I have no changes in data or any plan but they have sold direct tv. Now I’ve called direct tv and the representative started to arguing about I have a contract with them not with att. So I’m responsible to pay my bills. I have stopped my direct tv account immediately, because who needs direct tv? I did buy it to get better rate on my att account where I have 4 lines. Anyway, they have sold me a tv service without att keep the contract. Now I will have to clime up to my roof to remove the receiver. Who will pay for my damage on my property?

Waited 20 minutes for the store representative, Viviana, to tell me that I was not able to release my line from Verizon to AT&T because my name was not listed on the Verizon account, even though I was an account manager. Frustrated because I had called ahead to clarify if this would be an issue, I asked Viviana if there was anything I could do to open a new account with AT&T and keep my Verizon number. She told me that she had a solution, but that I would need to «either change your tone, or go to another store». I conceed that I may have come across as frustrated(I believe rightfully so considering I called ahead and explicitly stated my situation and intentions), but I fully believe that Viviana was out of line asking me to go to another store. I was trying to bring my business from Verizon to AT&T and I truly felt that my business was not appreciated. On a side note, I went to another Deer Park location and seamlessly switched my number over from Verizon. I highly recommend steering clear of this location and using another store in the area.

I came here and got my iPhone 6 the other day. The guy who helped me, Shiva, was very friendly. I was literally out of there in 25 minutes. Most AT&T stores experience a lot of high volume, but I have always come here and I’ve always been attended right away. Maybe it’s because it’s tucked in a weird spot at the Tanger Outlets? I’m not sure. If you have AT&T you should go to this location, I’ve never had a bad experience.
