It was a very good and fullfilling visit here at this establishment. Haven’t been to Unos in a long time until today… I recommend this to everyone to come in dine and enjoy yourself. Very serene and tranquility… I will be back here in the near future. I had a grand old time and have to say it worth the while‼‼‼

Always sit at bar. Food is good. People are friendly. But avoid Tuesday, Thursday and Friday nights bartender is horrible. If you those nights sit at a table so that you have a good experience.

After complaining to Uno’s corporate offices about our last disastrous visit, they gave us coupons and an apology, so we tried it again. This time, the restaurant got it right. We were seated immediately, had an awesome waitress named Frannie, who could not have been friendlier or more attentive, and the pizza was terrific. Let’s hope they continue on their improved path.

Our past experiences at UNO have been better. It was a fairly busy Saturday night, but the maitre-de escorted the four of us to our table only following 5 minutes wait. Our waitress arrived only a few minutes afterward, as we were all ready with our order right away. Having taken our order, we waited for over half-an-hour until the waitress told us the food would be coming out right away. Ten minutes later, she brought in our dishes, with one of the dishes not having the ordered side dish. Two of our dishes were cold and tasted like they had been out for too long. We suspected that the food must have been ready to serve, but the waitress did not bring it out to us for the majority of our wait of 40 minutes. After our meals, we requested a take-out box from her. We waited yet another 15 minutes, as she forgot about us yet again. After this experience, we will likely not come back for quite some time.

We ordered the sampler appetizer, the nacho chips were only and not crunchy and the guacamole had brown spots in it and tasted bland. I got the chicken caprese pocket. The pocket(pita bread) was brittle and hard like a taco shell and stuffed with cold chicken, tomatoes and mozarella. It was incredibly hard to eat and the pocket would crack and the contents were strewn across the plate. The 7 inch personal pizza was alright, no real complaints. However we also got a larger pizza that seemed undercooked and the cheese was not melted. Furthermore the crust was not crunchy. Service was good thought.

This is my first time at this location. I had order a honey crispy chicken Salad with thin noodles. My salad wasn’t fresh and it was very old and their wasn’t barely any noodles I it, I had to order extra noodles on the side. I was very disappointed. Overall my waitress was awesome.

It was my first time ever going to any Unos, and it won’t be my last. The waitress was very friendly and provided good service and good advice regarding entrees. We started the meal off with mozzarella sticks, which were good. I had flatbread with mushrooms and cheddar cheese which was excellent. My friend had a wedge salad which was also good. Overall a really good experience!

So I was keeping expectations low… The service was fine, place is pretty clean. I just have a tea problem with the size of a $ 20 pizza. Seriously lol, look at pictures. I could eat two of these myself to get full. And my daughters fish and chips had one small piece of fish. Feeling ripped off :(

My waitress and host were great everything came out on time, i had my kids she was very patient told us about the kids special. Kids eat free on Tuesday which is something good to know. I had the chicken parm which was good had a good spice the gravy was thick. I would recommended this place

5 stars across the board –bartender was very attentive very helpful and friendly never gave us the impression we were getting on her nerves with all of our questions –food was phenomenally delicious; cocktails were great –the atmosphere was so chill; they were bumping oldies all night, everyone was laughing with one another –we stayed for 3 hrs until closing they didn’t rush us or make us feel uncomfortable for staying a little late I was very satisfied with my visit. it’s not too often you get customer service that great at a restaurant

Came here after bridesmaid dress shopping one Saturday evening. Came with a group of 6 at around 430ish-5pm. Sat in the back booths where it was big enough for all of us. Our server came by and seemed super duper estatic, way too estatic after awhile to the point where it was just really annoying. Placed our drinks order, manager came by and asked if we have ever been here before. And offered us free pizza skins, which were delish. I got the 2 for $ 12, which included the herb crusted chicken salad and wowza steak tips. Both were good. Server came by and asked us how we would like to pay and we said separate checks. She said it was fine, and asked us what drink went with which meal. After logging it on, she came by with the checks all messed up. We figured it out ourselves but what was the point of asking us in the first place? She dropped the check off and took forever to come back. The dining experience was alright.

Nothing awful happened here. Service and food quality were on par with the price and environment. I’m just not into these sort of places. Why did I go, you ask? New to the area and didn’t know any better. They do have trivia nights, which seem fun. Or I guess you would hate it, if you’re looking for intimate and quiet. Family friendly it seems.

This is definitely the worst Uno’s I’ve ever been to. Considering that we just went to one in Braintree that was pretty pleasant, I was very disappointed in their service. The waitress Ashley was just terrible. She walked by us several times and not once if we wanted our water or iced tea to be refilled. She finally comes around with our food and asked if it was ok. We had to stop her several times, just to get the drink refilled and asked for napkins. We were served food and there were no napkins on the table. Then the gull of her to give us attitude. Finally, we asked her for the check. I had an email from Uno’s for a free Entrée. I gave her the code, she took off the price of the lowest meal instead of the meal i ordered. After much back and forth, the manager took the price off. Normally, we would have still tipped on the meal before any discounts. We were do disappointed in service, we only left her 10%. This is extremely rare of us.
