What a hard time i have had there today. A young american guy with beard attended me. The stores was empty. No customers at all. Two workers were on the opposite side of the entrance having a little chat. I had go to them to ask things all the time. I asked for Creatin and he asked me few times WHAT? Not tourist friendly at all. All the time that i had a question i had to go to them to interrupt their conversation and make the guy upset. He did not give us any attention. When i finished my shopping i went to the counter. I was leaving my products on the side of the counter(no basket or help offered). Then i asked him to ring my products. He asked me to pick all of them and bring to the cashier INFRONT. After that, i asked about the expiration date of Whey Protein. He said he didnt know but a could call to the factory customer services. So if i was not late to take my flight i will never buy anything. BADSERVICE. WORSTDURINGMYSTAYINMASSACHUSSETTS. I do not recommend them.

I am so used to going to Vitamin World that I was pleasantly surprised to see this location pop out of nowhere and open in the old Krispy Kream building in Dedham. When you first visit, it is a bit overwhelming. I still have not quite gotten used to the set up as things are scattered all over the place. You can almost get lost with all the rows and rows of Vitamins. In comparing products to that of Vitamin World I must sadly say Vitamin World wins even though their locations are not nearby, their products contain more supplements and the prices are a bit more reasonable for what you get. Plus Vitamin World has smaller locations which are not as overwhelming making it easier to find the right items. I may still visit here to pick up certain supplements though since it is closeby.
