Had this guy come out for estimate he showed up 5 hours late. OK things happen I’m thinking in my mind.
Called him back a few days later to arrange date to preform work. I took the day off from work. On the morning we agreed upon, I called him to make sure we were all set. The guy never answered the phone and did not call me back.
He was a friendly guy when I first met him but clearly something is off with him. I would not waste my time calling him again.

Had O’Malley’s install our door several years ago. Called for a repair he gave us a date and time her would be there to fix the door. We waited all day for him and he never showed up or called. It has been two weeks and we have called them several times and have never heard back from them. We were unable to use the garage door. Just called another company and they came the next day. Would never use O’Malleys again. If they could not come or did not want the business they could at least call back and say they were not coming!
