Excellent experience. Mohammad is very knowledgable. My phone was repaired quickly and for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend these guys.

I bought my laptop to be serviced at Best Buy with the Geek Squad. I paid them a down payment and came back two weeks later. After I had to reach out to them. When I want to pick up the laptop they told me it would be ready when I got there I found out that it needed additional work for the screen and the laptop. I asked the guy how much it was going to cost and the price was outrageous. I pay them a service fee which I felt I paid for nothing cuz it was very expensive as well. Well all in all I found a short distance away Mac and PC guys so I decided to bring my laptop to prices for service and repair. I must say I was very pleased with the service. And the repair of the laptop on top of that I gave them a second laptop to repair the price was just right and fair. the service was quick and honest thank you Mohammed you guys were a lifesaver

Absolutely fantastic!
I’ve always been extremely hesitant to take my iPhone to 3^rd party service providers, but my phone was out of warranty and I’d only cracked the screen.
I called and got a quote over the phone. They even offered me a modest discount. When I got in, I saw a Unilocal coupon. Even though the owner was completely unaware of the offer, he still honored it. Everyone in the shop was friendly and very helpful. They were confident that they could finish the repair within two hours, which was great because who likes being without a phone…
That’s when things got complicated. I’d apparently done a real number on my phone. It took 2 attempted repairs and two follow on visits to the Apple Store — but guess what? The quoted price was honored despite all the extra work. I didn’t have to lift a finger or deal with the Apple Store and the owner was able to leverage his relationship there to work out everything in my favor. He really went above and beyond.
I don’t write a lot of 5 star reviews, but it’s so nice and SO refreshing to work with people who genuinely care. I love supporting a local business and I wish these guys all the success in the future.

I came here after another shop couldn’t fix my iPhone. After calling ahead, I walked in, handed them my phone, and they expertly and efficiently fixed it with no stress and at a reasonable cost. I definitely would keep coming back here for all my tech repair needs, especially considering that there are so few dependable options in the immediate area. Thumbs up.

These guys are great. Great attitudes and really knowledgeable about what they are doing, and very affordable servies. My macbook pro was having issues recognizing the battery, and I thought there might be a problem with the motherboard. I took it in for a full diagnostic, and initially they ascertained that there was a connection problem between the battery and motherboard, and that the motherboard would need to be displaced. The computer was not under Apple warranty anymore, and I had already replaced the motherboard not long ago. I feared that I would have to shell out another $ 300+ to get Apple to replace it. Then, lo and behold, the owner tried one last little trick, and it started working again! The computer recognized the battery and all was good. I’ll definitely be going back to these guys again with any Mac issues that I have with my laptop.

I am so grateful for the prompt, efficient, courteous service that I received here. Not only did they take me as soon as I called, but they offered me a loaner (laptop) to use while they took just a day to repair my MacBook Pro. I liked the loaner so much that I purchased it for our non-​profit. They gave me a terrific used laptop at a very reasonable price. Ahmed and Mohammed were both wonderful, and extremely accommodating. It was so much better than having to deal with the Apple store! While I hope not to have more computer problems, I look forward to doing business with them in the future and I am happy to recommend them.

What a great «find» in the middle of Dedham. I brought my laptop in on Saturday morning and they worked with it all day, to diagnose and fix the problem, finishing after their 5pm closing time, and then called and waited for me to arrive to pick it up so I would have my laptop for the weekend. They were polite, listened to my explanation of the problem I was having and were able to fix it and explain the problem to me. The service was great and the cost was very reasonable. This is the place to go for computer problems. I see they also service iPhones and If I ever need that service, I would go to these guys for that, too.
I highly recommend.

My iPhone 4 was broken. Screen shattered. Home button unresponsive. And I have had problems with the volume buttons on the side. I’ve been havering these problems for almost a year now. But then, I heard about Mac and PC guys. Awesome service, trustworthy workers. And I got that all fixed for about $ 95 bucks. 100% amazing. Any problem. Go to them, and most likely, they will fix it.

I somehow managed to screw up the mobo on my gaming rig, and these guys were able to track down the exact same model. They provided me with the constant updates on the part that was being shipped and on the install itself. Everything was assembled correctly without any issues. And it wasn’t a simple install — I have a partially water cooling setup. All in all — high quality service that was on time and for the state prices, and much cheaper than stuff like Geek Squad.
The shop itself is nice, clean and organized. They work on anything computer related, and are certified to refurbished your old equipment. Definitely give them a shot, or at least look them up before going to some computer chain store.

Just had a great experience. My iPhone’s power button broke, and when it went suddenly dead there was no way to reset it. I sent an email through their website, heard back in about an hour. Long story short, brought it there around 11:30 the next day, and it was repaired and in my hands by 3:00, 24 hours before promised! Reasonable pricing, very friendly service. Thanks!
