Brian and his team are everything I was looking for in a landscape crew. Brian came out the same day I called to provide a free estimate, and you could have knocked me over with a feather when he quoted me a completely reasonable price for bimonthly mowing and a one-time cleanup of a few garden beds. I was on the schedule within a week. The LY team showed up when they said they would, did a great job, and left; what more can you really ask for? Oh, and Brian is text– and email-friendly, which is actually really nice. Can’t wait to have these guys come back in the Spring to do some planting. Highly recommend.

Lucky Yew did a great job on my Spring cleanup. I got home and immediately noticed how clean the lawn and beds looked — leaf free! Hubby also approved of the work when he got home. The customer service was also right on. Can’t wait to use them again.

After having no luck getting another company to nail down a time for a last minute fall cleanup, we decided to look elsewhere. Someone recommended Lucky Yew. We called in the afternoon and Brian came over within a couple hours the same day so he could see what we needed to be done. He emailed us an estimate later that evening and two days later they were here! Amazing response time with everything. The estimate was accurate, and the crew did a VERY thorough cleaning of our yard. We’re so happy with how fast it got done and how detailed it was. Would definitely recommend.

So I ultimately never hired these guys, but only because I was out of their service range. However, I was so impressed by their customer service, I couldn’t NOT leave a positive review. As soon as I messaged them, I heard from Brian within hours. He was incredibly forthright and honest about how I lived out of his service range, which would mean he wouldn’t be able to provide the high level of customer service I deserve from a landscaping and snowplowing company. It seemed as though he cared about good local business done right and I got some very positive vibes in the short exchange I had with him. If his actual service is as good as his customer service, I’m certain you’ll be in good hands. Give Lucky Yew Landscaping a shot!
