I bought two pairs of shorts, the exact same brand. One fit the other one didn’t. This was my first purchase from their store, and they say on their receipt that exchanges are valid if products are in new condition and it is within 14 days. However, when I went to exchange the pair of shorts that didn’t fit, they said I couldn’t because they didn’t have the tags still on the clothes. This is a ridiculous policy, especially for exchanges. I urge you not to purchase from them, and I will make sure I will never purchase from them in the future.

First off, the review above me is from a year ago and since I’ve been shopping there, all of the employees know me by face and treat me with the most due respect. They’re courteous, prompt, honest and very respectable. That must’ve been an older employee who acted out that way because the managers in there are more than helpful, they’re great people who run a great store that’s well kept, organized and clean. I recommend this store if around the area. They have a great selection of sneakers(Nike, Jordan, Adidas, ect.) and as stated, everybody in there are more than helpful.

Don’t go there. A total rippoff. They don’t take credit cards, only cash or debit cards. Also keep your teenagers far away. They prey on kids wanting the latest. If you need to return forget it. That is probably why they don’t allow credit cards. Bought a pair of sneakers for my son. A half size too small and only wore in the house for a short time. I brought them back the. Extra day. The manager used every excuse not to exchange them. As a good Dad, I was willing to buy another and all I had was my charge card. Well it ain’t gonna happen. So please keep your kids away from Expressions and go to a reputable store. The kicker was that the manager said that my son can trade them in school as that is what all the kids are doing. Great way to run a business. Now I know why the store is always empty.
